Welcome to Deskoo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deskoo website, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Deskoo provides software that allows coworking space operators to manage their members, locations, desk bookings, and payment tracking.
Deskoo does not process payments on behalf of coworking operators. Payment processing may occur through third-party services such as Stripe or other providers connected by the user.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
By using Deskoo, you represent that you have the authority to operate on behalf of the coworking space or business you register.
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
* Provide accurate information
* Keep your login credentials secure
* Be responsible for activity under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Deskoo currently offers a subscription plan priced at $50 per month, allowing management of up to 100 members and one coworking location.
Prices may change in the future. If pricing changes affect your subscription, you will be notified in advance.
Deskoo may offer new users a 10-day free trial to evaluate the Service.
To start the trial, users are required to provide a valid payment method.
No charges will be made during the trial period. However, unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, the user's payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial.
By starting a free trial and providing a payment method, the user authorizes Deskoo to begin the paid subscription automatically once the trial period expires.
Users may cancel their trial or subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You agree not to use the Service to:
* Violate any laws or regulations
* Store illegal or harmful content
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
* Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the data you input into Deskoo, including member information.
You grant Deskoo permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Deskoo may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors.
Deskoo is not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of those third-party services.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deskoo shall not be liable for:
* Loss of data
* Business interruption
* Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
